Fairs at Reservix
When acquiring new partners, Reservix GmbH attaches particular importance to personal proximity and contact at eye level. One of our priorities is to be able to make you the best offer that is specifically tailored to your wishes and goals. For this reason, visits to trade fairs play a fundamental role in our company policy. To give you a better idea of what you can expect during a visit to our trade fair stand, we provide an insight into the process and functions of a trade fair visit below.

Which trade fairs does Reservix GmbH attend?
Reservix GmbH takes part in the Internationale Kulturbörse Freiburg, the Fun Fair and several other job fairs. As Germany's largest trade fair for stage productions, music and events with live performances, the Internationale Freiburger Kulturbörse, or IFK for short, is of great importance. For this reason, we attach great importance to designing our stand at the IFK appropriately. With a total area of 28 m², we offer sufficient exhibition space for our product services and thus an ideal setting for personal discussions with you. Our other exhibition stands are up to 8 m² in size and are also of indispensable value, as we are convinced that personal contact should be at the forefront. The best way to guarantee this is for Reservix GmbH to be represented at as many and as diverse trade fair events as possible. This also enables us to successfully implement another cornerstone of our company philosophy - and that is not only customer proximity, commitment at eye level, reliability and creativity in the planning and implementation of our projects, but also diversity.
Another event that we have been paying attention to for many years is the Reeperbahn Festival in Hamburg. This is primarily an annual music festival, but it includes a wide-ranging program that also includes workshops, panels and a wide-ranging network meeting. This structure in particular offers us the ideal opportunity to strengthen existing partnerships and enter into new collaborations. We implement this interactive approach with the help of numerous dedicated employees who are present on site during the festival days. As part of the network meeting, we are also organizing a four-hour reception before the official start of the music festival.

What does a typical day at the fair look like?
A typical daily routine can be illustrated by the IFK. We will be present at our stand from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on a total of three days of the fair. Of course, certain preparatory measures are necessary so that we can be in top form for you. The stand has to be set up in the morning before the opening. This means that food and water have to be filled, the coffee machine turned on, our Reservix merchandise products laid out and finally the computer and other technical equipment connected. After that, appointments are made with event organizers and there is the opportunity to talk to interested new customers.
We are also interested in what the Freiburg International Cultural Exchange has to offer. We take the time to walk around the exhibition grounds ourselves, talk to other participants and attend any internal events to get ideas and inspiration. After each completed day at the fair, the stand is set up again so that it is ready for the following day. It is not uncommon for the sales team to have another internal exchange over a drink or dinner and review the day's events together.

What is the highest priority on site?
By being present and active at various trade fairs on a frequent basis, we can strengthen customer loyalty and acquire new customers. Establishing interpersonal contacts is always our top priority. Whether it is new partnerships or the strengthening of existing alliances, we at Reservix GmbH value above all the long-term nature, sustainability and proximity of our work. This is also reflected in the distribution of our regional company locations in Germany and Austria as well as our numerous advance booking offices in order to make ticketing more personal.
As we have our two company headquarters in Frankfurt am Main and Freiburg im Breisgau, we also see our participation in the IFK as a kind of "home game". After all, in addition to acquiring new contacts, it is also essential to cultivate long-standing existing customers with other participants at the trade fair. It is therefore not surprising that we like to refer to the IFK internally as "the class reunion".
Are there goals for the future?
Reservix GmbH has set itself the goal of expanding its current course. This means that an even greater presence is to be generated through the expansion of additional stands at the trade fair dates in order to further increase the reach and intensity of contact building. How this expansion will look in concrete terms is currently being planned. Our company is always geared towards growth. The aim is by no means to strive for perfection, but rather to further expand models that work - and we would be happy to work with you to do so.
We hope that we have been able to provide you with a clear insight into our trade fair concept. If you have any questions or suggestions, we welcome them.
