How we develop software at Reservix

  • Team structure

    Our software development team at Reservix consists of around 150 dedicated professionals divided into four main areas: Event Facility, Administration, Sales and Access. Within these areas, we work in small, cross-functional teams of three to eight members who work closely together. In addition, we have support teams, such as the software support team, the platform team, the business integration team or the design system team, which work centrally and promote the efficiency and performance of the other areas.

    In our software development at Reservix, we work according to agile values and principles (Inspect-Learn-Adapt). We value the self-organization and autonomy of cross-functional teams, always with the aim of responding flexibly to the needs of our customers and thus constantly creating added value.

  • Roles & job profiles

    In software development at Reservix, we offer a variety of exciting job profiles. From software and product developers and DevOps engineers to product owners and scrum masters - our team is made up of diverse talents who work closely together to create innovative solutions for our customers. Our broad professional spectrum reflects the dynamism and diversity of our projects and products.

  • Technical expertise

    The development teams are responsible for a wide range of innovative software solutions for event management and ticket sales. These include access control management solutions, checkout systems, seating plans, a recommendation engine and the development of an access control app for events. Our expertise also extends to the development and operation of customized webshop solutions.

Technologies we use

  • Symfony & php logos

    We develop the majority of our applications with the latest versions of PHP and Symfony and various database management systems.

  • Javascript and Typscript logos

    Another part of our applications is implemented in Typescript or Java.

  • React and Marigold logo

    In the frontend, we rely on our own design system called Marigold, developed in React, for the development of user interfaces.
