Commercial Accounting Assistant - Events, Concerts, Culture, Sports & Events (m/f/d)

These are your tasks
- Entering and posting incoming invoices: You ensure that all invoices are correctly assigned to an account and posted, making a significant contribution to a smooth financial process.
- Participation in account reconciliations: Together with the team, you ensure that the figures in the monthly and annual financial statements are correct
- Support for our accounting software: You will look after our tools such as DATEV and electronic banking and will be responsible for ensuring that all systems are working properly.
- Representation in related areas: You will take on exciting additional tasks, e.g. in merchandise management, help with internal and external reporting and support us with other administrative activities.
What you should bring with you
- Completed commercial training, e.g. office management clerk, bank clerk, industrial clerk (m/f/d) or comparable course of study (business administration, economics, economics or similar)
- Ideally first professional experience in accounting (accounts receivable & accounts payable) and DATEV
- Interest in working in a dynamic team that celebrates success together!
- Very good written and spoken German and PC skills
