Commercial Assistant - Events, Concerts, Culture, Sports & Events (m/f/d)

These are your tasks

• You create invoices for our contractual partners in Sage.
• You create reminders and coordinate the escalation steps in the dunning process.
• You check incoming and outgoing payments.
• You play an active role in the design and further development of our internal processes.

What you should bring with you

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. office management assistant, bank clerk, industrial clerk (m/f/d) or similar.
• You are characterized by a proactive hands-on mentality and attach great importance to accuracy and reliability.
• You are proficient in MS Office and use the programs confidently and efficiently.
• Your German language skills are very good, both written and spoken.
