(Junior) Key Account Manager - Ticketing for Family Events (m/f/d)

These are your tasks

• You are the central contact person for ticket sales for our event organizers in the family entertainment genre.
• You build long-term and successful customer relationships (on site, by telephone and by e-mail).
• You proactively support the organizers, identify potential and optimize processes.
• You are creative and manage targeted, event-related marketing measures.
• You will work closely with our experts in the areas of online, social media, offline and email marketing as well as our sales channels (Reservix portals, media partners and advance booking offices).

What you should bring with you

• You have a commercial apprenticeship (e.g. as an event manager) or a degree in management, marketing, business administration or media - career changers (m/f/d) with enthusiasm for these areas are very welcome!
• Friendliness, service orientation and acting as a team player (m/f/d) are a matter of course for you and you know how to respond individually to the needs of our event partners. 
• With your positive and likeable charisma, you create a pleasant atmosphere when dealing with customers and impress with strong communication in all directions. 
• You feel confident working on a PC and with Microsoft Office and ideally you have already gained some experience with Google Workspace.
• A driver's license and willingness to travel are the icing on the cake that rounds off your application. 
• A plus, but not a must: basic knowledge of social media marketing, SEO and Google Analytics or the motivation to learn these quickly.
