IT Helpdesk (f/m/d)

Location: Frankfurt am Main Department: IT Administration Employment type: Permanent position

These are your tasks

  • IT support on site, by phone, email, chat or Teamviewer
  • Documentation in the issue tracking system (Jira Service Management)
  • Support for Windows, MacOS and Linux users
  • Administration of mobile devices (Android, iOS)
  • Support for our hardware and software rollouts (PDQ Deploy)
  • Management of our hardware in the ERP system (SAGE)
  • Onboarding training in Google Workspace and PBX (Mitel)
  • Maintenance of our knowledge base (Confluence)

What you should bring with you

  • Broad interest and knowledge in the IT environment
  • Sociability and enjoyment of direct exchange
  • Experienced with Microsoft Windows
  • Very good written and spoken German (at least B2)
  • Ideally, you already have experience in IT support
